Here is my resume about my first class at Feb, 13th 2017. Generally Mr. Ujang as a lecture open the class with the introduction of this courses by asking us about " What are on your mind related with consumer?". In such a way, there are lot of ideas, which bring us and synchronize our perception about what is the truly scope of consumer. The lesson explain about how the attitude , mind, ideas, principle, and tendency of consumer decision as a subject of economy to direct the certain atmosphere at one place. It turned out that the decision making of consumer is influenced by three main factors. They are marketting strategy, the variety of individual, and environment.
The variety of individuals tell that motivation, personality, self-concept, information and perception managing, learning process, knowledge, attitude, and belief hold the very important thing to decide whether a product valued to consumer or not. Environment factor is not about simple social interaction, but have scope such as cultures, demography,social, economy profile, family , reference group, and technology. The process o consumer decision making start from need introduction, information searching, and alternative evaluation. After that, consumer tend to buy, consume, and get the satisfication.
Marketting is process how to identify consumer needs and then product the goods and services which are supposed to convince consumer that they need those goods and services so that transaction or occur goods and services exchanging between consumer and producer. Marketting concept is bussiness concept that underline the successful marketting based on the better cognitive concept than consumer behaviour. Good cognitive to consumer behaviour will boost the managers to analyze the environemnt, research the market, do segmentation based on consumer characteristic, situation, geography, and culture, positioning and diferentiating, and attempt marketting mix. The most important thing is the succesfull marketting is when consumer attempt transaction to get the product that are sold by producer , so that consumer pay amount of money to get the product. The other important note is promotion. Promotion is how producer deliver the signal about product, sot that consumer can recognize product and is convinced so they are teased to buy the product.
